Lake Texoma
Lake Texoma can be found along the Oklahoma/Texas border on the Red River. The Denison Dam formed the reservoir and construction of the lake was completed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1944. Originally built as a flood control project, the lake now draws millions of visitors per year seeking recreational opportunities like fishing and boating.
